League Finals day!!

11th Jun 2025

Today marked a proud and momentous occasion for our school as both our Boys and Girls competed in their Division finals!

In a thrilling and hard-fought match, our Girls emerged victorious against a strong St. Teirney’s side. Their  unwavering determination, teamwork, and resilience shone through, earning them the Division 3 title!
What an incredible achievement—well done, girls!

It just wasn’t our Boys’ Day today, but their incredible effort cannot go unnoticed.  They showed true heart and determination, never backing down against a very strong Teemore side. While the result didn’t go our way, their resilience and team spirit made us all proud, well done, boys!!!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support us – it was absolutely amazing!  The pupils of St Náile’s were, without a doubt, the loudest and proudest fans on the day.  A special mention goes to Siobhan Cox, Lisa Scollan, and Una Doherty for providing the fantastic flags, headbands, and wristbands – there was no mistaking who the St Náile’s supporters were!

And finally, from the bottom of our hearts, an enormous thank you to Mrs. Dolan, Shaun Doherty, and Barry Doherty for their incredible dedication and guidance.  Your passion, patience, and encouragement meant the world to the team – your coaching made all the difference, and we’re so grateful for everything you’ve done.
