Shape and Number Fun In P1!

To wrap up Maths Week, our brilliant P1 children took to the village streets to hunt down numbers and shapes! They spotted triangles hiding in signs, circles lurking in wheels, and even a sneaky numbers on doors!

The grand finale took place in the park, where the maths hunt turned into a giggle-filled adventure. Shapes were found, numbers were counted—and fun was had in abundance!

Before heading back to school, the little mathematicians made a very important stop at Lilly Anne’s to learn about money. Their first financial transaction? Purchasing hot chocolates and biscuits—pure genius! A massive thank you to John and Stephen for the top-notch service and for keeping the hot chocolate flowing!
