Cancer Fund For Children
As part of our WORLD BOOK DAY celebrations our pupils took part in READON, a school reading initiative that required the children to ask for sponsorship for all the words they read in one week, with all money being donated to CANCER FUND FOR CHILDREN . We set the children the challenge of reading 500,000 words … they smashed it by reading over 1,000,000 words! To say we have been overwhelmed by the money raised is an understatement, click on the video below for the big reveal!!! Thank you to Mrs McGrath for her hard work preparing this event, to the boys and girls for their participation and to all those who donated. Congratulations to the McCaffrey boys who raised the most money and read the most words.
Christmas Hamper Appeal

James and his colleagues from the Mental Health Team in SWAH were delighted to receive the hampers that you generously donated to. Thank you to Mrs O'Reilly and Mrs McKiernan for all their hard work in preparing the hampers.
